The attacks on Palin's kids, the insinuations about her pregnancy, there have been aspects of the behaviour of some Democrat supporters that have been revolting. But Obama talking about a pig with lipstick? Biden forgetting someone was in a wheelchair?
So what? I don't care. It's getting stupid.

It's been breathtakingly stupid of the McCain campaign to complain about things the other camp has said. It makes them look weak and childish. Obama has looked his absolute worst when doing that.
If it's happening with Palin's approval, that doesn't say much for Palin; if it's happening in spite of Palin's objections, that doesn't say much for McCain or his staff.
Palin looked her best at the GOP convention when she laughed off the lunacy and forged ahead. She looked like somebody tough and focused enough to be the leader of the free world.
The GOP's big selling point is the idea that they're the ones who realize that life's not fair and you've got to do the job anyway. Because, y'know, when something rough ends up on the executive branch's plate, we want them to deal with it, not explain to us why they can't.
