Settled science

But a new analysis of data on the sun's output in the last 25 years of the 20th century has firmly put the notion [that the sun is a major driver of contemporary climate] to rest

The Guardian: scare story about global warming.

The question I have yet to hear answered, the earths rotation on its own axis is resoponsible for the dirunal variation in temperature of anything up to 100 degrees at the extremes. But the modulation of the Suns output by ... cosmic rays or cloud cover .... cannot possibly be related to the rise of a fraction of a degree, projected over a century or more, it must be CO2.
