A perfect logo

The Adam Smith Institute blog spotted this transport poster, and commented:

...if you're going to use gears in your promotional material, it might be worth using a graphic designer who knows how gears work
True enough. But it's possible the designer actually knew how local government works.

That's common in a GM gearbox. That's why they lost 39 b-i-l-l-i-o-n dollars.
