Shock finding of the day
Homoeopathy causes "no serious adverse effects or drug interactions".
But hang on; some grudging respect for the persistence and money making skill of charlatans who can turn a trick out of distilled (or maybe ordinary tap) water.
Although on reflection, I suppose if you can get HRH to endorse your product some sales are guaranteed...
It does empty your wallet, for no postive effect. I'd call that adverse.
