That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of those ends, it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government.
I watched a Howard Goodall show on TV wherein he assured me that Mr Wonder is a fine composer. I dare say. But as a singer he seems to me terrible - overwrought rubbish. I don't suppose George Gershwin or Duke Ellington could sing, but they had the decency not to demonstrate the fact in public.
Golly, I loathe this sort of stuff.
