That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of those ends,it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government.
So extraordinary that you have to wonder whether it is, so to say, kosher.
It wouldn't surprise me if it was a photoshop job. But it also wouldn't surprise me if it was real, sad to say...
Yeah, maybe it's untrue but accurate.
I have a horrible feeling it's not faked. It's one of a series of this guy, and comes with a report of his antics.
