That whenever any form of Government becomes destructive of those ends, it is the right of the People to alter or abolish it and to institute new Government.

Iraqi offensive
There are hints tonight of a new offensive near the Sadr City area of Baghdad. As he so often does, Iraq the Model provides the alert. He says he'll know more in the morning. I hope he has a peaceful night.
