Rachel Lucas's blog is excellent. She's from Dallas, Texas and has come over to live in the UK with her serviceman husband. She writes superbly, very funny, sparky and observant. Recommended reading.

Honestly? NOT keen. I've tried to like her. Seriously. Why is it her sejour in England won't change my feelings. Could it be the a typical Yank-in-England view? I must remember to write up every single crap thing I encountered in the US when i Loved there from plug points to pig interational ignorance to Blair hatred. That should balance it out? Colour me jaded.
I must be out of luck - whenever I've visited, she's just been whining.
